Ashleigh Ward advises on all aspects of general commercial and residential property law. She has extensive experience in setting up development schemes and represents a number of property developers.
She has advised in relation to the purchase of a wide variety of properties including factories, commercial show units, petrol stations, pharmacies, hotels as well as private residential dwellings. Ashleigh also advises on the property aspects of share sales and acquisitions. She has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease arrangements and advising on all aspects of landlord and tenant law.
Ashleigh is a graduate of the National University of Ireland, Galway where she obtained a BA Honors Degree in 1996 and Bachelor of Laws Degree in 1998. She was awarded the Law Society Conveyancing prize in 2000 and qualified as a solicitor in 2002. Before joining Gleeson McGrath Baldwin she worked in the area of defence litigation.
Ashleigh is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
