Admitted as a Solicitor in 2001, Emma holds an Honours Degree in Law and European Studies and a post graduate Diploma in Employment Law from University College Dublin. She has also obtained post graduate qualifications in E-Commerce and Legal French from the Law Society.
Emma practises in the area of Litigation and Dispute Resolution including Professional Indemnity, Employers, Public and Product Liability and general contract disputes. Emma’s work also involves dealing with Judicial Review Proceedings and resolving disputes through Mediation and Arbitration.
She has particular expertise in employment law and is involved in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious Employment Law on both the Employer’s and Employee’s side. She has represented clients before the High and Circuit Courts, the Employment Appeals Tribunal and the Right’s Commissioner.
Emma is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and a member of the Law Society’s Employment Law Committee.
