Sarah Galligan practises principally in the area of litigation with particular emphasis on the prosecution and defence of personal injury actions. She also practises in both contentious and non-contentious family law cases.
Sarah has broad experience in employment law having represented both employers and employees in a number of forums including the Rights Commissioner and the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
She advises extensively on landlord and tenant issues and regularly litigates on such matters before both the common law courts and the Private Residential Tenancy Board.
Sarah is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and has a working knowledge of French. Admitted to the role of Solicitors in 2006, Sarah holds an honorary LLB Law Degree from the University of Cardiff.
